Dr. Emily Sheets is a clinical psychologist with a specialization in child psychology. A former teacher within the Sarasota school system, Dr. Sheets has firsthand experience working with professional educators in the Sarasota public and private sector. Her specializations are in treating the psychological complexities of gifted children, diagnosis and intervention for children with academic problems, and treating childhood anxiety and depression. She has over 20 years of experience in helping children and their families develop coping strategies to successfully manage the challenges of everyday life.
